  • If you need to use a VPN to access CamSoda, you may try accessing with a different VPN
  • Try refreshing your browser to see if the error/issue still occurs.
  • Try using an incognito browser window to see if the error/issue still occurs.
  • If you are on a mobile network and encountering issues, try switching to a wi-fi network which will offer a more stable experience.

Google Chrome or Safari on iPhone devices

Steps to enable your webcam on your iPhone device:

  • From your home screen, go to Settings
  • In Settings, scroll down and select Safari In Safari settings, scroll down to SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES section and confirm that Camera and Microphone are both set to Ask or Allow.
  • If you are using Chrome for iPhone, in Settings, scroll down and select Chrome, and confirm that Camera and Microphone are both toggled on.
  • Please refresh the CamSoda page and try again.

Google Chrome on Android devices

Steps to enable your webcam/microphone on Android devices using Google Chrome browser:

  • Tap on the site identity icon (the tune symbol) in the address bar
  • Open the Permissions menu and make sure Camera and Microphone are both set to Allowed. You may also tap Reset permissions to manually update your settings preferences.
  • Refresh the page and try again

Google Chrome on desktop devices

Steps to will enable your webcam/microphone on your desktop device using Google Chrome:

  • With CamSoda.com open, tap on the site identity icon (the tune symbol) in the address bar
  • Open the Permissions menu (under Site Settings if not visible) and make sure Camera and Microphone are both set to Allow. You may also tap Reset Permissions and update your settings accordingly.

Safari on macOS desktop devices
